Refund Policy

GTA IQHLAS RESOURCES REFUND POLICY

1. Deposit & Order Confirmation

  • All deposits are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE once payment is made

  • Deposit payment confirms the order and authorises production to begin

  • Deposits cannot be refunded, reversed, or converted into store credit

  • This applies regardless of change of mind, event cancellation, or any reason not caused by seller fault


2. No Cash Refund Policy

  • GTA Iqhlas Resources does not provide cash, bank transfer, or e-wallet refunds

  • Any approved refund will be issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY


3. Store Credit Policy

  • Store credit is issued only in approved cases

  • Validity: 90 days from the date of issue

  • Store credit:

    • Is non-transferable

    • Cannot be exchanged for cash

    • Is for future purchases only

  • Unused credit after 90 days will automatically expire


4. Eligible Cases for Store Credit

Store credit will only be considered if:

  • The wrong item was sent, or

  • The item was damaged during shipping due to courier negligence

Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging is required


5. Printing & Customer-Provided Errors

We are not responsible for errors caused by customer-provided information, including:

  • Spelling mistakes

  • Incorrect names, dates, titles, or details

  • Errors in artwork, layout, or design supplied by the customer

Such items are not eligible for refund or store credit.


6. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for store credit:

  • Deposits (once paid)

  • Services already rendered

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Items already shipped or collected where the customer changes their mind

  • Items with customer-provided printing errors

  • Gift certificates


7. Replacement, Returns & Store Credit Process

  • For courier-damaged items, replacement parts will be offered first

  • Store credit will only be issued if replacement is not feasible

  • For wrong items, return collection will be arranged via the appointed courier (subject to service area)

  • Return shipping costs will be covered only for approved cases

  • Approved store credit will be issued within 3–5 working days


8. Service Cancellation

  • Services are non-refundable

  • Any approved adjustment will be issued as store credit only

  • Store credit remains valid for 90 days


ORDER COLLECTION, CANCELLATION & ABANDONED ITEMS POLICY

9. Cancellation After Production

  • Once production has started or been completed, orders are considered custom-made and non-cancellable

  • No refund or store credit will be provided for cancellations after production begins


10. Collection Deadline & Non-Pickup

  • Customers must collect their order by the agreed pickup date

  • Orders not collected within 7 days after the agreed pickup date will be considered abandoned

  • Abandoned orders are treated the same as cancelled orders after production


11. Company Rights Over Cancelled or Abandoned Orders

GTA Iqhlas Resources reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Resell the product

  • Dispose of the product

  • Modify, reuse, or repurpose the product

This applies regardless of whether payment has been made in full or partially

Any outstanding balance remains payable and legally owed by the customer.

GTA Iqhlas Resources shall not be held responsible for any loss once an order is classified as abandoned.


12. Final Decision & Goodwill Clause

  • All refunds, store credits, replacements, negotiations, and exceptions are subject to review and final approval by Management

  • Sales staff and Person in Charge (PIC) have no authority to approve, promise, or commit to any refund, store credit, or exception

  • Management may, at its discretion, offer goodwill adjustments or special arrangements

  • Any goodwill gesture or exception:

    • Is granted on a case-by-case basis

    • Does not create any obligation, entitlement, or precedent for future orders

    • Is not transferable and not enforceable for subsequent transactions

  • All decisions made by Management are final and binding
