GTA IQHLAS RESOURCES REFUND POLICY
- Thank you for choosing Gta Iqhlas Resources. We are committed to providing you with valuable resources and services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are only eligible in the following situations:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item was damaged during shipping due to courier negligence.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all refund requests.
- For damaged items, photographic evidence of the damage and packaging is required.
- Important: We are not responsible for errors in printed materials caused by customer-provided mistakes, including but not limited to: Misspellings. Incorrect information. Errors in provided designs or layouts.
- Deposits are non-refundable once the customer has approved the design.
- Deposit Refund Policy for Customer Cancellations:
- If a customer cancels an order due to a change of mind, event cancellation, or any reason not attributable to seller fault, the deposit will be refunded as store credit immediately with no expiration date.
- If the customer requests a cash refund, a 20% processing fee will be deducted from the deposit amount. The remaining balance will be refunded within 7 working days.
2. Non-Refundable Items/Services:
- Any services that have been fully rendered.
- Items damaged by the customer.
- Items where the customer simply changes their mind (provided that item is already shipped by us or pickup by customer)
- Items with printing errors caused by customer-provided incorrect information.
- Gift certificates.
- Deposits after design approval.
3. Refund Process:
- To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at sales@gtidesigntrophy.com.my or wasap at 013 9397811.
- Please provide your order number, detailed photographic evidence of the damaged product or the wrong item that was sent, and any supporting documentation.
- For damaged items, we will first offer to send replacement parts. Only if replacement parts are not feasible or satisfactory will a refund be considered.
- For wrong items, we will arrange for our appointed courier, GD Express, to pick up the item from you, provided your location is within their service area.
- We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Return Shipping (If Applicable):
- If a return is required due to receiving the wrong item or courier damage, Gta Iqhlas Resources will cover the return shipping costs.
For wrong items, we will arrange for GD Express pickup, if in their service area.
We will provide instructions for the return shipping process.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items:
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence.
We will arrange for a replacement part to be sent, or a full refund, depending on the situation and feasibility of sending replacement parts.
6. Service Cancellation:
- To cancel a service, please contact us at sales@gtidesigntrophy.com.my or wasap at 013 9397811.
- Refunds for service cancellations are not normally given, unless the service was cancelled by Gta Iqhlas Resources.
7. Changes to This Policy:
- Gta Iqhlas Resources reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated to you directly.
