Deposits made are non-refundable once the design is approved by the customer.

5. Design and Printing Services:

You are responsible for the accuracy of all design files and information provided.
We are not responsible for errors in printed materials caused by customer-provided mistakes, including but not limited to misspellings or incorrect information.
We reserve the right to refuse any design that we deem inappropriate.
We have the right to show photos of completed products on our website or social media for marketing purposes.

6. Shipping and Delivery:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.  
For wrong item deliveries, we will use our appointed courier, GD express, to pickup the item from the customer, provided that the customer’s location is within GD express service area.

7. Intellectual Property:

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Gta Iqhlas Resources or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.  
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on the Website without our express written consent.  
8. Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or our products and services.  
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products or services.
